Kevin Kopeny is a dynamic executive with over 25 years of leadership experience in the entertainment, hospitality, and leisure industries. As President and CEO of Omega Parks, he has successfully raised institutional capital to acquire and develop amusement and hospitality businesses, implemented sale/leaseback strategies to optimize financial resources, and led large-scale operational improvements.

Previously, as VP of Operations at Wild Rivers, Kevin spearheaded the development of a $90 million water park, navigated complex regulatory environments, and built high-performing teams that delivered exceptional guest experiences.

During his tenure as Director of Operations at Universal Studios Hollywood, Kevin played a critical role in managing one of the world's most renowned entertainment destinations. He led cross-departmental initiatives to enhance efficiency, improve guest experiences, and increase profitability. Notably, he oversaw a $200 million transformation of the park’s studio tour vehicle fleet, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure while improving sustainability and operational efficiency.

Currently, Kevin is leading Entertainment Risk Consultants, leveraging his expertise to optimize top-line revenue and EBITDA for entertainment venues. He is also consulting for clients of indoor waterparks, focusing on revenue growth and operational excellence.
